Credits are prepaid tokens that debit as you use AI models. Each model has a per-token rate — when you send a message, the cost in tokens is deducted from your balance automatically.

Do credits expire?
No. Prepaid credits never expire. Whether you top up $5 or $500, your balance stays until you use it — there’s no pressure to spend before a deadline.
Can I top up without a subscription?
Yes. You can purchase credits separately from a monthly plan. The minimum top-up is $5, paid credits never expire, and the checkout shows the amount before payment.
What’s included in the free plan?
Free AI credit on signup, access to 200+ free models in the current catalog, an OpenAI-compatible API key, and 300 requests per day. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Any credits you’ve already purchased will remain in your balance — they don’t disappear when you cancel.
How do Pro and Team credits work vs. pay-as-you-go?
Pro and Team plans include AI credits equal to the plan price each billing cycle. If you use more than your included credits, additional usage simply debits any extra balance you’ve topped up. You’re never cut off mid-conversation.
Are there any rate limits on the API?
Free plan: 300 requests/day. Pro: 50,000 requests/day. Team: 500,000 requests/day. Per-model rate limits also apply based on the underlying model provider’s own constraints.
